The "Art & Technique of the American Commercial" Show is a special opportunity to learn about the creative possibilities that short film form gives its makers.

The 90-minute sets of best commercials are produced each year since 1992 by the AICP - Association of Independent Commercial Producers.

These films are the extraordinary testimonials of contemporary American life.

Polish premiere of 26th AICP Show will take place in Gdańsk and will be preceded by some the commercials made by young Polish film directors for the Papaya Young Directors contest.

The festival of Young Cinema Foundation, later named Euroshorts, was created in 1992 and the international short film competition - 7 years later.

We have shown nearly 1,000 films made by young filmmakers so far and we have chosen the best ones.

There are 57 films from 23 countries in the 26th edition of the Festival. Grand Prix is sponsored by the Mayor of Gdańsk, and the awards are made possible by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the Polish Film Institute. We also have the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Awards.

After the premiere in Gdańsk Euroshorts tours around Poland and it will reach 15 cities until 30th of June 2018.

The deadline for entries of the 2018 Edition is 10th of September, 2018. You can submit your film now via FilmFreeway.

If you will not manage to see all the films during the Festival, you can take some of them home on our promotional DVDs. We released 9 DVDs and we distribute them free of charge during the events. We can also send them by regular mail (then the cost of packing and shipping appears).

For 6 years we have been developing our own program of film and linguistic workshops for children. The youngest filmmakers, from 3 to 7 years old, learned Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Persian and Japanese languages. They also had the opportunity to watch films from different countries and try to work as voice-over actors.

As part of this program we also publish coloring books, featuring the fairy-tale traveler, Hania.

This year, our young participants will have a chance to learn the Swedish culture.

During workshops at the Euroshorts festival you can touch film making in all its aspects: screenwriting, storyboard drawing, directing, montage, cinematography, sound design, animation and the production itself.

We also had the advertising, photography and choreography classes.

Our experts will uncover its secrets of the short film form for you.
